Lead mechanical engineer taking Bigfoot Unity — a smart insulin pen management system — from early prototype build through EVT, DVT, FDA approval, and commercial launch. The Bigfoot Unity business was acquired by Abbott in 2023.
Designed, 3D-modeled, and prototyped devices across a diverse product line: connected doorbell, keypad, camera, gateway, door/window sensors, home security hub, set-top boxes, and WiFi extenders — plus the X1 voice remote program, tens of millions of units shipped.
Summer internship on the hardware engineering team — returned full-time after graduating that December.
